Rob graduated from Marshall University in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. He then went on to attend Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he graduated with a Master of Divinity Degree in 2000. Rob graduated with a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from the University of Charleston in 2021.
He has been employed by the West Virginia Baptist Convention since May 1996. Rob is married to his lovely wife, Beth, and they reside in Huntington. He has two boys: RL, wife Joni and grandson Emmett, who live in Huntington; and Andrew, wife Emily and granddaughter Kit, who serve as missionaries in Poland.
